This notice explains how Expish Guest Gift Studio handles information you choose to share when making an enquiry. The website does not currently offer accounts, checkout or automated enquiry storage.

Information you may share

If you contact Expish by email or WhatsApp, you may provide your name, contact details, company or role, event date and location, guest count, budget, visual references and other notes relevant to your brief.

How the information is used

Information is used to understand your enquiry, assess whether Expish can explore the brief, prepare concept directions, communicate about next steps and maintain necessary business records.

Service providers and disclosure

The website is hosted by Vercel. If you choose an external contact channel, that provider processes your message under its own terms. Expish may share only the information needed with prospective suppliers after discussing sourcing or feasibility with you. Information is not sold.

Retention and security

Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, project administration and legal or accounting obligations. Reasonable care is taken, but no internet communication method is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask Expish to correct or delete enquiry information, subject to any records that must be retained by law. Avoid sending identity documents, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in an initial brief.
